Funding Lift, LLC is a strategic funding partner that helps business owners connect with funding programs and lenders. Funding Lift is not a bank or lender. We do not directly issue loans or extend credit. We facilitate introductions between businesses and third-party funding sources.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. By submitting an application, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and your own to share.
Submitting an application or speaking with a Funding Lift specialist does not guarantee that you will be approved for funding. Funding decisions are made by third-party lenders and funding programs based on their own criteria. Pre-approval does not guarantee funding. Funding timelines vary by program and approval status. Some businesses may qualify for funding in as little as 3–5 days; others may not qualify at all.
Funding Lift does not charge applicants upfront fees to apply or be reviewed. Third-party lenders or funding programs may charge their own origination fees, interest, or other costs as disclosed in their loan documents. Always review a lender's terms in full before signing.
Funding Lift operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with applicants and prospective applicants about funding applications, status updates, follow-up, scheduling, and related marketing communications.
By submitting a form with your phone number, you expressly consent to receive recurring informational and marketing text messages (SMS) from Funding Lift, LLC at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive up to 8 messages per month.

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive any further SMS messages. To rejoin, sign up as you did the first time.

By providing your contact information, you agree that Funding Lift, its funding partners, and service providers acting on its behalf may contact you by phone (including auto-dialed and pre-recorded calls), email, and SMS at the numbers and email addresses you provide, in order to discuss your application, funding programs, and related services. You may revoke this consent at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
When your application is matched with a funding program, you may interact directly with a third-party lender or funding source. Their products, terms, fees, privacy practices, and decisions are their own. Funding Lift does not control and is not responsible for the actions, decisions, or terms of any third-party funder.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Funding Lift brand — is owned by or licensed to Funding Lift, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without our prior written permission.
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funding Lift, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the site or our services, including any decisions made by third-party lenders. Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms will not exceed one hundred dollars (USD $100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Funding Lift, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the state in which Funding Lift, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction in that state, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" above. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
